I just got back from my Kentucky/ West Virginia run.  That went great.  On my drive home, I got pulled over by a cop who thought I was drunk and made me do a quick sobriety test to “alleviate his conscience.”  I must really be a shitty driver.  I hadn’t had a drop of alcohol and I wasn’t tired.  I was about 40 miles from the hotel on my way home.  A bit later in the night on my drive, I had a very strong desire to pee.  I pulled over in the rain and decided to just pee next to my car as there was really nothing around.  Now I have done this numerous times (if I don’t have an empty gatorade bottle in the car), but this particular time a good samaratin decided to pull over behind me and see if I was having car trouble.  He got out of his truck and asked if I needed help.  Ha!  I should have said, “Oh my gosh, you are just in time.  Come here, check this out, there is PEE all over my TIRE!!!”  Actually, I talk about that incident in my latest installment of my video diaries.  It is on the videos page.  Check it out… and sign the damn guestbook!  :)  Thanks.

My new guestbook is up and running.  Hopefully, no spam will get through.  Also, starting  today, I am posting new pictures on my website at the top instead of bottom.  I wish I had been doing that all along (like this news page) but it would be too much of a pain to flip, so just starting today, new pics will be on top… including the latest one I just added which is a picture from The Gentlemen’s Hour’s latest sketch show, last Friday night.  Man, I had so much fun in that show.  It was great.  Fellow Gentleman, Mike Kauth put it best in his blog on myspace just explaining how it was so fun because it was kind of a loose show.  We knew the lines, but flubbed a couple times just in the spur of the scene forcing us to do a little improv which we have gotten away from lately.  It was just a blast.  Thanks to everyone that was there.  There are a couple new videos from that show posted on our myspace page (www.myspace.com/thegentlemenshour )  so check that out, too.

It is kind of strange where I feel my focus has been lately.  I have a lot of stand up coming up through out the rest of this year and next, but I just feel like for the past month, even  though I had been traveling for stand up, I was focusing a lot on our sketch group and that show.  I am just having a blast with it.  Anyway, thanks again to all who attended or support us however you are able to.  Who knows what the future holds.  I gotta go to bed… and by “go to bed” I of course mean text flirt with some hot babe I just saw on a commercial.

Well, I am home.  It is nice to be home.  I drove 12 hours through the night and got in at about 11am today.  I decided to start something new and exciting while driving. I have decided to start a series of video road diaries that I am going to be publishing on my website and on my myspace page.  You should know before watching this first one that often times, when on the road for such a long time (and without sleep) one gets a bit delirious and has a hard time distinguishing between comedy and mindless, humorless, babble.  Thank you.

The Gentlemen’s Hour 4th show THIS Friday at 10pm at Comedysportz in Milwaukee!  Be there.

Happy All Saints Day, everyone!  I hope everybody had a great Halloween.  Actually, I don’t care, but it seems polite to say something fake like that.  Anyway, I had a fantastic Halloween and that really is all that matters.  Actually, how funny is this:  I was doing a show in Tulsa, OK on Saturday and that was the night they were celebrating Halloween with their costume party and contests and whatnot.  I was in the middle of my set, I had just done some joke about people confusing me with a woman because of my (beautiful) long hair, and these three people entered into the showroom in costumes and sat down.  One of them was a man dressed up as a woman.  I looked at this person and said something along the lines of, “Wow, great timing, sir.  All of the sudden I don’t feel like the ugliest woman in the room.  Yiiiikes!”  And then this person responded with a very soft, “Huh? What are you talking about?”  And it was at that point my body locked up, and I realized it WAS a woman!  I thought it was a guy dressed up as a woman.  It was a woman dressed up as a hooker.

So this week is fantastic for me.  I am in Nashville, TN staying with my niece and nephew (oh, and my sister and brother in law) and we are having a blast.  I have today off from comedy so I am just taking it easy, but I called Zanies down here and booked a guest set so that should be fun.  Just working out some new stuff.  Oh, and I talked to my web-guy.  We should be seeing some changes to the guestbook soon.

One more thing, after I eat my Totino’s Party Pizza folded in half like a taco, I am going to upload a video my brother, Ben, wrote and its pretty funny.  Just click on the crotch of me in the spiderman costume on the right.  (thats my hidden link… shhh)
