Well fans, I guess I will be doing stand-up for a while now.  As it turns out, television stations aren’t interested in awesome ideas.  Oh, well.  Their loss, right?  I think I might just take my idea and make it into a feature length movie called, “The Pianist’s Piano and His Peter.”  I am debating whether or not I want to get Pixar involved.

Well devoted fans, I regret to say it, but I don’t think I will be doing stand-up much longer as I have recently come up with the greatest idea for a sitcom ever!!  I just have to get it down on paper and mail it to television.  I am pretty sure as soon as they read it, I will be a billionaire.  I don’t want to say too much about the plot (for legal reasons), but let’s just say this: Have you ever met a talking piano whose only friend is it’s own genitalia???  Stay tuned…

Dear my brother and Conor, obviously I have not been updating this news page all that often.  My excuse is that I have been busy with… my improv group, we’ll say.  Socially Awkward had a show this last Friday and it was great.  It was a lot of fun.  I just did a one nighter last night in Indiana.  I felt it was sorta obvious that I hadn’t been on stage doing stand-up in a couple weeks.  It just sorta took me a while to get my feet again.  I worked with Dobie Maxwell and he was great.

Anyway, what else is new with me??  Oh, I was TOTALLY sick this week for the first time.  It was so exciting.  I hadn’t actually been pukey sick since like grade-school.  You feel really good after you throw up.  Isn’t that wierd.  Whenever I don’t go into work at my dayjob (which I just love love love) for any reason, I always just feel so horrible and guilty and just assume that everybody thinks I am faking sick, like I know everyone I work with does when they call in sick… the bastards!  So, to remedy that, I took a picture of the inside of my garbage can post-puke with my camera phone and e-mailed it to my coworkers.  Turns out, it wasn’t as appreciated as I figured it would be… bastards!

Dear fans (aka friends and family since you are really the only ones that can get to this site because you know how to spell “beehner” correctly)   From here on out, my schedule should be kept up to date pretty regularly.  And I would like to send out a special thank you to everyone that has taken the time and energy to sign my guestbook.  Yes, that means you, President Roosevelt!  I’m not quite sure how you managed to come back from the dead and ask me why the moon is so much brighter than the stars, but it is much appreciated all the same!  I am keeping my schedule as full as I can for now and things are going great for me in the comedy department so I am very grateful.  If anyone ever wants to contact me, feel free to email me at “johnny@johnnybeehner.com.“  Hopefully, pretty soon I will have a link up so you can just click on that, but until then, that’s the email.  Well, it’s getting pretty late, so I think I am going to hit the sack, grab something to eat, and then go to bed.
